You will be able to review the information before the document is submitted.

After clicking the "Send" button, please do the following:

1. PRINT out the form.

2. Have the advisor SIGN the form.
(The correspondent agreement is accepted when the advisor is unavailable for a physical signature.)

3. SUBMIT the signed document to the EECS-GS office. Upload or send it in person to BLDG Delta R501.

4. SELECT the course in the Academic Information System (CCXP) by the third selection period.

You may initiate the implementation project as early as the advisor agrees. 

IMPORTANT:
* DEADLINE: 2024-August-27 (Tuesday)
** Failure to complete the above steps will result in unsuccessful course selection.
